A contact address for this memorial is still being finalised. When it is ready it will be published on this page, and this page is the only place it will be published.

Until then there is no address to give. If you see an address, an account or a payment request presented as ours somewhere else, it is not ours. This site collects no donations and never will.

What we can help with

• A message that should be looked at again, or taken down.
• A candle you lit yourself and would like removed. No reason is needed.
• A correction to anything written on this site.
• A question from a journalist or broadcaster about the memorial itself.
• A technical fault: something that will not load, or a link that leads nowhere.

What we cannot help with

We cannot pass a message to the family, and we cannot answer for any organisation. This is a place to light a candle and leave a few words, and nothing more than that.

If something is urgent

This site is not monitored around the clock and cannot help in an emergency. If anyone is in danger or at risk of harm, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your country. Please do not use this page to report it.
